Horse Sale Sellers Information

Any item used on or for a horse is accepted for consignment for the tack sale. All consignments must be in by 6:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Items being sold in the tack classification are accepted for sale to the highest bidder, no holds or reserves in this class. Commission to sell tack items is 25% of high bid. Don't leave an item in this class if you don't want it gone, cause everything is sold to highest bidder.

Saddle classifications

Saddles only in this classification. Commission to sell saddles is 15% A reserve or minimum bid may be placed on a saddle, there is a $5 fee for placing a reserve or minimum bid.

Horse classification

Commission to sell a horse is 10% A reserve or minimum bid may be placed on a horse for a charge of $50. To sell a horse with no reserve it costs $25 entry fee plus 10%

Optional charges To have your horse professionally showed Lead in only $50 Saddle ridden in ring by a professional rider $50

These 2 services are performed by independent contractors.

All charges will be deducted from sellers proceeds. In the event of a no sale, seller charges are due in cash, no checks.

We do not pay for horses sold, until buyer has made full payment. Sometimes this cannot happen on the night of the sale, and settlement must take place on Sunday or Monday once horse is paid for. All horses are paid for with our company bonded check. If check is not picked up by 5:00pm on Monday, the check will be mailed to you.
