Starting in June, we're adding a second Birds & Livestock auction on the 3rd Saturday.
The regular Birds & Livestock sale after Horse & Tack stays on the calendar. There is no horse auction on July 4. The added 3rd-Saturday sale uses check-in 9am-12pm, preview at noon, and auction at 1pm.

Our commission structure is straightforward. We take a percentage of the sale price, and you get the rest. Simple!

💵 Horse Seller Payout
Horse sellers are paid on Sunday only during the regular weekend schedule.

⚠️ Non-Farm Pigs (Pet Pigs)
$25 handling fee + 15% commission
ATTENTION: Non-farm pigs (potbelly pigs, pet pigs, etc.) have almost ZERO value at auction. Please consider this before consigning.
🪺 Cage Fee
Caged animals up to the size of a large chicken: $1.00 cash cage fee paid upfront at check-in. Cages fit a trio (up to 3 birds) or around 12 large quail.
💵 Livestock Seller Payout
Livestock sellers are paid same day (Sunday) once the regular Sunday sale settles.
Starting in June, an extra Birds & Livestock sale is also being added on the 3rd Saturday with check-in 9am-12pm, preview at noon, and auction at 1pm. Call if you need payout details.

⚠️ All other animals must be received and removed on the day of auction.
We do not board birds, rabbits, pigs, or other small animals overnight.
🐴 Horse Entry Fee
$25 entry fee per horse. This includes boarding on the day of sale and the following day (Sunday pickup 10am-2pm). Additional boarding is $20/day.
🪺 Cage Fee (Birds & Livestock Sale)
$1.00 cash per cage, paid upfront at check-in. For caged animals up to the size of a large chicken. Cages fit a trio (up to 3 birds) or around 12 large quail.
No-Sale Fee
If your item doesn't sell (reserve not met, no bids, etc.), a small no-sale fee may apply to cover handling costs.
Brand Inspection
Where required by law, brand inspection fees are the seller's responsibility.
Regular weekend payouts happen on Sunday.
🐴 Horse Sellers (Saturday)
Come back Sunday to collect your payout after buyer payment is confirmed.
🐓 Livestock Sellers (Sunday)
Paid same day once the Sunday sale settles and transactions are complete.
